Refund Policy

1. General Terms

All purchases made through iReviewz are final. Due to the nature of our digital services and immediate processing, we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed and delivery has begun.

2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • The order was not initiated or processed by our system within 72 hours.
  • A clear technical error occurred on our platform (e.g., double payment, incorrect charge).
  • Our support team confirms that the issue was caused by iReviewz.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The delivery timeframe (24–72h) is still active.
  • The service has been completed or partially delivered.
  • The client provided incorrect or incomplete details (e.g., wrong business URL, email, or name).
  • The client changed their mind or no longer needs the service.

Replacement Policy

However, if a review is not delivered correctly or fails our verification standards, we will provide an immediate replacement at no additional cost. This replacement policy ensures full service fulfillment without compromising delivery timelines or quality.

3. Refund Process

If your case qualifies, contact contact.ireviewz@gmail.com within 48 hours of placing the order.

Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, minus processing fees charged by our payment provider.

4. Service Delivery & Quality

All orders are fulfilled by verified reviewers. Once a review is posted or queued for posting, the service is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

We guarantee reviewer authenticity and delivery verification, but we cannot guarantee permanent publication, as platforms such as Google or Trustpilot may moderate or remove reviews at their discretion.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback after receiving service is a violation of our Terms and may result in a permanent ban and reporting to fraud prevention networks.
